The goal for this award is to create an objective process through which companies can be compared and evaluated as employers. Every year, we run an online employee satisfaction survey where polls of the employees of each participating company are made, based on the size of the company. Java R&D Labs was ranked in the businesses category with an employee strength of 25-50. We, expressed the pleasure on winning the award.
